About GoClubsOnline

GoClubsOnline is a suite of integrated web based club management tools designed to help club organizers more easily manage their go club. GoClubsOnline is a not-for-profit venture, run and operated by volunteers dedicated to improving the live go experience.

With GoClubsOnline, tournament and event registrations for participating clubs can be completely managed on-line for both registrants and club volunteers. As a GoClubsOnline subscriber you can:

View and update your on-line tournament and event registrations at any time during their open registration periods.
See a summary of your fees due, including any membership renewals you might opt for.
Maintain a personal Profile of your contact information and other go playing attributes ready for any future tournament or event registration.
See who else is may be attending.
See who were the winners once a tournament is complete.

If you are a member of a participating club there is a Members Only area where, depending on your Club Administrator’s choices, you may be able to:

Access and check out the club’s list of Library publications.
Participate in Club Game Results to help determine handicaps at club meets.
Approve your Game Results for submission to the AGA Ratings System.
Access contact information optionally provided by Members.

If you are a Club Administrator you will have additional access to administration features which includes:

Scheduling and tailoring your club’s tournaments and events.
Recording payments for tournaments and events at check-in.
Manage tournament pairings.
Recording tournament winners.
Scheduling new tournaments and events.
Managing your club’s membership.
Managing your optional areas for your Club Library and Club Game Results.
Submit approved Game Results to the AGA Rating System.
Select a theme for your tournament and club pages.
